Q: When can I expect to receive my purchase?
A: All orders received are mailed via Express Post within two (2) working days. During the check-out process, please ensure the delivery address is correct as Sweetly Spoilt cannot be held responsible for incorrect information or changes to delivery details.
Q: What postage charges will I incur?
A: Deliveries within Australia are via Express Post and will incur a flat postage rate of $9.90.
Q: I live outside Australia. How much will postage cost me?
A: Please find international rates below:

Q: Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?
A: If you simply change your mind then I cannot give a refund, however I can offer an exchange. If an item is unworn Sweetly Spoilt will exchange within seven (7) days. Items must be in their original packaging. In the case of an exchanged item the customer is liable for all return postage costs.
Q: Do you refund faulty products?
A: All products are inspected prior to postage, however if you do receive a faulty item please notify me immediately by email and return the item in its original packaging within seven (7) days (the postage of which will be covered by Sweetly Spoilt). The item will be replaced or a refund given if the same product is not available.
* All item descriptions and prices are provided to the best of my knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Sweetly Spoilt reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions prior to processing an order.
Q: Can I pre-order an item if you are out of stock?
A: Yes. Just send me an email jo@sweetlyspoilt.com.au and I will endeavour to restock as soon as possible.
Q: I'm purchasing an item as a gift. Can you gift wrap?
A: Gift wrapping is complimentary. All purchases are either wrapped in purple tissue paper or, in the case of some earrings, placed in a gift box. Items are then placed in a white bag and mailed by Express Post. If you would like your gift sent to someone other than yourself, please include the address details in the 'Delivery Details' section in the check out process.
Q: Will you give my contact details to anyone else?
A: No. We respect your personal information and undertake to comply with applicable Australian Personal Data Protection legislation. For more information on our privacy policy please read below:
We respect your personal information. Should you place orders or register on our web site, we consider the information you provide as confidential. The information is kept on a secure server protected from outside parties. We use the information only for the following purposes:
Processing your orders; Statistical purposes to improve the Sweetly Spoilt website and its services to you; and To notify you of Sweetly Spoilt products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing. In the event that you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails, please contact us at jo@sweetlyspoilt.com.au with REMOVE ME in the subject field. Your details will then be deleted
